Summary: YourNightOut sends transactional SMS messages only to users who have explicitly opted in by checking a consent box during a booking. We do not buy, rent, or share phone numbers. Message frequency varies by booking activity. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

1. How users opt in

Users opt in to receive SMS messages from YourNightOut at one place only:

The opt-in is presented as an unchecked checkbox the user must actively tap. Bookings can be completed without opting in. The opt-in is not pre-selected and is not bundled with any other consent.

2. Types of messages users receive

If a user opts in, they may receive the following transactional SMS messages tied to their booking:

YourNightOut does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the user's booking activity. A typical opted-in user receives 1–3 messages per booking. Users with no active booking receive zero messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. YourNightOut does not charge users for SMS messages; standard carrier rates apply.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

Users can opt out at any time by:

After opting out, the user will receive one final confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from YourNightOut SMS messages. No more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help."

6. How to get help (HELP)

Users can reply HELP to any message and will receive: "YourNightOut SMS support: visit https://yournightout.com/support or email support@yournightout.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

7. Supported carriers

SMS messages are sent through Twilio and are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

YourNightOut does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the booking-related messages described above.
